1. Print-on-Demand Production

All products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it is sent directly to production and cannot be changed or cancelled.

2. Payments

All prices are shown at checkout. Payments must be completed before items are produced and shipped.

3. Returns & Refunds

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will replace or refund the item.

4. Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on your location and our print-on-demand partners. Any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
