  1. 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
    By placing an order with Present Perfect, you agree to these Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
  2.  PRODUCTS
    All products are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology. Product colors may vary slightly from images shown due to screen display settings and printing processes.
    3. PRICING
    All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but orders already placed will honor the price at the time of purchase.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

       • Orders are processed upon receipt of payment

        • We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, and other methods

           displayed at checkout

  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments

  • Shipping times vary by destination and selected shipping method

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships

  •   You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is

       confirmed

    5. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

    • Products are made-to-order and typically require 2-7 business

       days for production before shipping

    • Present Perfect is not responsible for delays caused by customs,

       postal services, or force majeure events

    6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for detailed information about returns, exchanges, and refunds.

    7. CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED ORDERS
    Made-to-order products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

    8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    Present Perfect's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
